My Favorite Hobby

      Personally, my favorite hobby would most likely be art. Painting, drawing, sketching, sculpting, just creating beautiful master pieces. I have been doing art since I was a little girl. I would always have a pencil in my hand drawing cartoons, flowers, animals, and much more. I have been creating art since then. I have been in art classes since I was in freshman year. Today, I am usually painting abstract and psychedelic art. I typically use acrylic paints, oils, and color pencils. Lately I have been into paper ma-shay and other mediums in a collaboration. I love art, because it's a way I can freely express myself. Also, it is very stress relieving. Even when I am bored I just draw; on my papers, desk, skin, literally anywhere! I wish I had an abundance of money just so I can buy more art supplies!

    What I love most about Active RS is not just the clothes, but the staff! The staff at Active RS are very welcoming. Once you enter the store you are greeted from left to right! About Myself

     Hola! The names Veronica, my full names Veronica Jade De Lara, but you can call me Veronica. I was born and raised in california. My mom gave birth to me on March 15th, 1996 which makes me a pisces.   I'm really short, 5'3 to be exact. I have long brown hair that fades to blonde. Both my parents are 100% Filipino so that makes me 100%. Enough about my physical appearance, let me tell you more about myself!
     Let me just say I'm probably not your typical girly girl who likes buckets of make up on my face and manicures and pedicures. Let me start off by telling you I love to paint; abstract, realism, everything. I guess you could say I'm an artist. I love music; without music I think I'd have to kill myself. I listen to all types of music, my favorite artists are the beloved Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison. I'm really fascinated by skateboarding. Ever since I was a little girl I always wanted to hang with the boys and skate. I love nature; camping is so amazing I wish I could go every weekend, being outdoors is very nostalgic for me. I'm very open-minded, I am not afraid to speak up for myself. I'm a really independent person. I like to live by the quote by Mahatma Gandhi, "Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever."I consider myself a very free-spirited young lady, who is not afraid to step over the boundaries and push my limits.
